ABOUT MYSELF

Half a decade of experience in body transformation and helping others attain their fitness and wellness goals

​

My aim is to make fitness accessible to everyone regardless of their lack of prior training history or any ongoing health conditions. 

​

Qualifications:

  • American Council of Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer

  • BSc Sports and Exercise Science

  • Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science

  • Strength and Conditioning Coach 

  • Experienced in working with general public both young and old, those looking to strengthen their muscles after surgery and special population such as individuals with diabetes, frozen shoulder etc

My Philosophy 

  • Training should not be painful, my role is to ensure you attain your goals with the least amount of input and to make it a lifestyle

  • 3 Pillars of a healthy individual: Sleep, training and diet

  • Sufficient sleep every night would bring about drastic positive changes!

  • Training should not be everyday, we need to enjoy other aspects of life too! Twice to 3 times per week is sufficient!

  • Diet is all about moderation, remember no food is actually bad. A great quote to summarize: Poison is in the dosage!

  • Longevity should be the long term goal we should all strive for!
